Unlike the standard “one size fits all” approach, we carefully design each set to suit your individual eye shape. During the consultation, our team will make a recommendation based on your face and eye shape, taking into consideration your goals. E.g. replacing mascara/wanting to upgrade your look to feel pretty every day/needing full glam for an upcoming wedding. All of this is considered and agreed upon together, over a complimentary glass of Chandon or lychee-cloud mocktail before we even touch your eyes.
However, not all salons operate this way. You’ll be shocked and surprised to hear that there are actually no formal qualifications required to perform eyelash extensions, many operators are untrained. There are $10 eyelash extension certifications on Groupon!
Your eyes are far too precious to risk and we only employ experienced, elite artists at The Lash Spa who must complete a timed trial where we check placement, symmetry and safety before undergoing rigorous Lash Spa training. No beginners ever.
We see the results of poor application daily, with hundreds of clients coming to us requiring costly removals that can take hours to fix due to the excess glue and poor application.
P.S. While we do accept infill work from other salons. If your existing extensions are clumped, applied with excess glue, or causing irritation, please let us know when booking so we can allow extra time to restore your lash health.
Soft Dimension
A light set of eyelash extensions where we’ll keep the length and fullness to a very natural level using 3D extensions. The Soft Dimension is suited to you if you want to keep your lashes very subtle but still want the eye-catching effect lashes are known for – or those with weaker, less full natural lashes where the added length and volume of our other sets isn’t recommended.

Tailored Classic
Classic Eyelash Extensions (one lash per lash). We apply a single, lightweight extension to every individual natural lash to safely add length and gorgeous dimension to your natural lashes.
Think they are perfect for clients who want to subtly enhance their everyday look. Effortless beauty. You won’t get heavy volume, just clean and separated lashes that perfectly mimic the real thing.

Gloss Classic – Wet Look/Angel Lashes
“Just-stepped-out-of-the-shower” lashes. Gloss Classic is a step above our tailored classic look. It’s a more ‘glam’ version of our tailored classic extensions. These are also commonly known as ‘wet effect’, ‘mascara-look’, ‘angel lash’ extensions.
By keeping lightweight volume fans completely closed during application, we create a dark, glossy, and heavily textured finish that adds rich colour and serious density right at the base. This gives you a “just-stepped-out-of-the shower” look. Effortless!

Dreamy Volume – Our Signature Set
Our most popular/requested set. This set is what made our spa famous on the Gold Coast because women were stopping each other on the the street to ask about them.
Dreamy Volume is medium soft volume using 6D-7D lash extensions. A look that draws attention to the eye, yet the lashes are so light and fluffy that no added strain is put on your natural lashes. Suitable for clients of any age! Dreamy Volume uses incredibly lightweight lash fans, to build a medium, soft fullness that instantly draws attention to your eyes without adding any dangerous weight to your natural lash line.

Max Volume
The Max Volume is our most dramatic lash style we offer giving you a full glam everyday look. We’ll make your lashes very full and long (carefully to prevent damage). We carefully apply fanned extensions to your natural lashes to ensure you don’t leave with that ‘broom’ or spider lash look you may be worried about. Max Volume is the highest level of density and thickness we offer to achieve maximum glamour. We always curate tasteful lashes that aren’t overpowering or overbearing – they are designed to enhance your beauty without taking away from your other features.
