1st time going to the lush spa and it won’t be my last. The staff are super friendly the place looks absolutely amazing. Got pampered while I was there. They did an amazing job with my lash and brow. I would highly recommend this place.

Jemma at Lash Bar Varsity Lakes was very professional, warm and approachable. I felt at ease and even dosed off during in the treatment! The salon was beautiful and the lady at reception was lovely too (didn't catch her name!). I was lucky enough to grab the new client incentive with pampering extras which were divine! I couldn't rate The Lash Spa more highly–every aspect of the experience was carefully curated to be as relaxing and luxurious as possible. From the moment you walk in, you feel pampered and spoiled by the highly attentive team. Yumi was my technician and she was absolutely fantastic; not only did she make my lashes look incredible but she was delightful to chat to and made me feel completely at ease.

Having your lashes done at the Lash Spa is an experience not just a service. Keah who did my lashes was fantastic and skilled at her craft. I could hardly feel her touch and she had them done in no time. I have had many compliments on my lashes since visiting the Lash Spa. I see why it has so many 5 star reviews.

This place is amazing . The service ,professionalism from all staff can not be beaten . My lashes are always taken care of and I have a regular for nearly 2 years now and I’m still treated like a VIP. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

The Lash Spa is probably the best place I’ve visited for a beauty treatment. Upon walking in, we were greeted with a complimentary foot soak and mocktails, and everyone was so lovely.My lash technician, Sian, was so amazing and light-handed, and she made sure we were both on the same page with everything before starting the treatment and was so accomodating at the end.I have never felt more beautiful after leaving and I’ll definitely be back!

I had the most relaxing and amazing experience. My lashes have never looked better and Sian was so helpful with her advice. My eyes now look so much more open, she really took the time to understand what I was after.All the extra little touches, like the Lychee Mocktail and the delightful hand massage really made such a difference. The lash spa is by far the best lash place on the gold coast. It really hits every sense, the smell is so beautiful from the lovely candles, the music instantly relaxes you, the tea and chocolate make your taste buds dance and you leave looking fabulous. The lashes always look natural, the staff are so professional. I always feel like I am at a 5 star day spa and the best part it is you pay the same price as everywhere else but without all the extras! I won't be going anywhere else X

Such a relaxing and professional atmosphere. Mel did such an amazing job on my lashes, She really took the time to find out what I wanted and gave me lots of great advice on how to keep my lashes looking great. Can’t recommend enough!

I've seen Melissa 4 times, and have left 100% happy each time. The room is truly like a spa; you even get a chocolate and an iced tea on arrival. Melissa explains the process of removal and addition of lashes, her progress and gives advice on how to keep the lashes in good condition. And you get biscuits and a gift bag when you leave!

I had an early booking with Melissa and she’s so accommodating about it. Melissa is very professional about lashes and applied my set of full volume lash within an hour. The lashes feels so soft and light, unlike those heavy volume lashes that I had before. Also receive a bag full of complimentary gift as a take away.
