Keah was an absolute delight. From her initial interaction and throughout the entire service, Keah was extremely informative, warm and inviting. My lashes look phenomenal and the entire experience in the salon was truely amazing. The service and quality I can’t say I’ve ever gotten any where else, not only a lash salon. It feels like an entire personalised experience and the attention to detail makes it feel more than just a lash service. I left today feeling so relaxed and could not have enjoyed my experience more. Wonderful team of individuals.

I visited The Lash Spa for the first time yesterday and was thoroughly impressed by their service and atmosphere. The place is stunning, offering a foot spa, champagne on arrival, and treats as part of the experience. Nikita did my lashes, and she patiently explained the different styles, leaving me extremely happy with the results. Plus, the hand massage during the treatment was incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend The Lash Spa if you're looking to pamper yourself or want a fun outing with your girlfriend.

Hands down the best brow service I’ve received! Not only did Sian do an amazing job on my brows, The Lash Spa went above and beyond to provide an excellent service that made you feel so welcome and appreciated. From the smaller details of a personalized note in the treatment room, to the foot spa and hand massage and pre-appointment mocktail. I will NOT be going anywhere else for my brows from now on! Wow 🤩 what an absolutely blissful experience today! I booked in for my “dreamy” lashes but also had some added extras… lychee tea and chocolates on arrival, shoulder/ neck massage, hand/arm massage (with my choice of aromatherapy oil -I chose Ylang Ylang. Mini facial (the products are beautiful) hot towel, jewellery clean, beautiful soft music, stunning private suite…. And the comfiest beds, with warming blankets.. all tucked in and fell asleep during my lashes 😬 so so good! Such a beautiful experience with beautiful little touches everywhere. Mel the owner is absolutely gorgeous inside and out and I felt so welcome! Can’t wait to come back. Thanks team xx

Georgia from the Lash Spa has been doing my lashes for a number of months now, I'm late 60's and didn't want lashes that wouldn't suit my age, Georgia completely understood and her guidance was perfect, love my lashes that have volume without looking false and they last me a good 3 to 4 weeks, my friends often ask what mascara I'm using. I can highly recommend Georgia, very happy with my results.
Amazing lashes, exactly how I like them! The additional services included always make me feel calm and relaxed. Sia always does an amazing job with my lashes. Professional and beautiful results. Such a calming experience and always enjoy seeing her for my 3 weekly infill.

The best ‘natural’ lash extensions I’ve ever had. I specifically needed really natural Lashes, to the point of In natural daylight people not being able to tell I’ve had fake lashes put on and Yumi absolutely met the brief!

The lash spa is by far the best lash place on the gold coast. It really hits every sense, the smell is so beautiful from the lovely candles, the music instantly relaxes you, the tea and chocolate make your taste buds dance and you leave looking fabulous. The lashes always look natural, the staff are so professional. I always feel like I am at a 5 star day spa and the best part it is you pay the same price as everywhere else but without all the extras! I won't be going anywhere else X

I had my lashes done just before Christmas and loved them. For a good 3 weeks + I had no need to do mascara or eye make up. My lashes were beautiful. Melissa’s spa space is stunning, relaxing and so peaceful. Thanks so much xx
I've seen Melissa 4 times, and have left 100% happy each time. The room is truly like a spa; you even get a chocolate and an iced tea on arrival. Melissa explains the process of removal and addition of lashes, her progress and gives advice on how to keep the lashes in good condition. And you get biscuits and a gift bag when you leave!

I had an early booking with Melissa and she’s so accommodating about it. Melissa is very professional about lashes and applied my set of full volume lash within an hour. The lashes feels so soft and light, unlike those heavy volume lashes that I had before. Also receive a bag full of complimentary gift as a take away. Thank you Melissa I’ll definitely come back again!
