I booked a self-care session with The Lash Spa for my birthday today, specifically the Brow Sculpt and the Lash Lift & Tint. I have never experienced such great hospitality, and I could not be happier. From an on arrival foot soak, champagne, and chocolates to a hand massage, collagen eye and lip masks (all complimentary!!!!).

I got my brows done at the Lash Spa for the first time today. From the moment I walked in the door I felt well taken care of and pampered. I had a great experience with Chani, who listened to my concerns of tints not sticking to my brows in previous experiences. She offered a great suggestion to try a hybrid tint and did an incredible job shaping and giving my brows definition. Thank you Chani!!

Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in to the minute I left, I was blown away by the welcoming and happy atmosphere. The warm smiles and attention to detail truly showed how much Reach Lash Spa cares about their clients.
I was a little unsure about getting a set I had never had before, but my lash technician, Sian, was so patient and attentive. She took the time to listen, reassure me, and make sure I felt comfortable the whole time, which made such a big difference.
I am beyond happy with my lashes and the overall experience.

The precision on detail she done to my eyebrows and the longevity on my eyelashes (5 weeks) is what makes travelling 9 hours all worth it. Every time I’m in the region I’ll be sure to be booking into her again & again.

Just got my lashes done for the first time at The Lash Spa. Amazing service, amazing staff, felt so welcome to be there. I had Nya do my lash extensions and she did a beautiful job i’m in love with them. You get your own goodie bag and offered a selection of drinks - never experienced anything like this before. 100% will be back again.
