Lash Extension Aftercare: Dos and Don’ts for Beautiful Lashes

Lash extensions need a simple routine: keep them clean, keep products containing oil away from the lash line and handle them gently.

Water is fine after your appointment

You do not need to keep your extensions dry after your appointment. We fan the lashes and apply Super Bonder, so you can shower, wash your face and get them wet straight away. Avoid products containing oil around the eyes, including oil-based moisturisers, as these can weaken the adhesive bond.

Daily lash extension aftercare

• Clean the lash line daily with a lash-safe, oil-free cleanser.
• Rinse gently, pat the eye area dry and brush lightly once the lashes are dry.
• Keep oils away from the lash line.
• Avoid rubbing, picking and pulling.
• Contact your lash artist if an extension twists, scratches or causes discomfort.
