From the moment l walked in the door l noticed The Lash Spa was tastefully decorated and pleasant fragrances were in the air.Staff were hospitable and engaging.I was guided to a cozy private area in the foyer which was individually partitioned by curtains.There l sat to enjoy my complimentary foot soak while l sipped on my champagne which was among the many choices of welcoming beverages to choose from. The table next to me had a personalised welcoming flyer(nice touch)., a little book on self care for mind/body & soul and a fragrant body cream for my use.It was a low lit private area and l melted into the privacy of it all, was given a little gift pack as well.My feet were dried off with what smelt like a warm lavender wash cloth.I was introduced to Keah who guided me to my private room and yet again offered another complimentary beverage, a herbal tea infused in fruity flavours.The room was serene and also tastefully decorated.After watching a brief introductory video on the spa l climbed into my cushy bed and Keah and l discussed my preferences for the type of lashes l wanted.Well spoken young woman and very welcoming.She applied a complimentary collagen eye and lip treatment while my lashes were being done, at this point l worried how much this was all going to cost.To my surprise it was much cheaper than l imagined…..Who does ALL of this and for a full set??? Wow!!Keah was super gentle removing old lashes and l barely knew she was applying the new ones.She gently guided me with each step while my eyes were closed on which direction to move my head or if the fan was to be turned on.So professional, l never knew ppl & places like this existed.Once done l was handed a mirror to see the result, l was back!!My lashes looked fabulous and l so missed them after 6 weeks of not having them done as I’m from Melbourne.We discussed further treatments and I’m planning on returning to explore more self care at The Lash Spa because it was hands down one of the most unique experiences in a lash salon or any salon to be precise!!Highly recommend it to everyone100% satisfaction guaranteed 👏

Jemma was lovely and did an amazing job with my lashes, I went in unsure whether I wanted light/hybrid or dreamy lashes, she was great at showing me the difference and made me confident in wanting the dreamy set. She was so gentle that I fell asleep… definitely some much needed rest. The results were even better than imagined, highly recommend going for the dreamy set and having Jemma as your artist!

I recently had my brows laminated at The Lash Spa with Lilli, and I am beyond thrilled with the results! Lilli was incredibly professional, attentive, and made the whole experience so comfortable. The final look is absolutely stunning. They even offered me a drink, which added such a nice touch to the visit. Honestly, it’s a ten out of ten! I went from barely having brows to beautifully full and defined ones – I couldn’t be happier. Lilli is amazing, and I highly recommend her and The Lash Spa!

I have to say that as an ex owner of a day spa the owner should be extremely proud of their staff. From the moment I walked in, until the moment I walked out, all staff were lovely, professional and clearly put all attention to detail they have learnt to work. Juana was fantastic, personable and paid attention to every detail to the very last second. I will see you all again in 2 weeks! Thanks for a beautiful experience ladies and especially Juana 🥰

What an awesome experience at The Lash Spa! As you step inside you are swept away to an hour or so of pampering. Lili was extremely professional and her advice was spot on. I left with fabulous, natural lashes and I’m going back for more. Thanks Lili!

The best ‘natural’ lash extensions I’ve ever had. I specifically needed really natural Lashes, to the point of In natural daylight people not being able to tell I’ve had fake lashes put on and Yumi absolutely met the brief!

Mayumi was an absolute delight!! Never been so relaxed in my life. The team truly go above and beyond. Wouldn't go anywhere else for lashes.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. All staff were lovely but especially Sian. She was gorgeous and had such a calm voice. I was almost falling asleep, where she had gently been applying my lashes. Not to mention, she did a great job with the overall look, where I got exactly what I wanted. I’m so thankful ❤️

Had my lashes and brows done by the most lovely Juana today, always thrilled with the results. I visited once to get my lashes done for a special occasion intending to have them removed afterwards. Now I can’t stay away! Staff are amazingly attentive and the space is so relaxing, extra services such a treat, truly a wonderful experience. I cannot recommend highly enough.

As always, Keah did an incredible job of both my lashes and brows. The Lash Spa is my go to spot and they have quickly gained my full trust after a recent move from Sydney - the place is so relaxing and well thought out right down to every little detail, always look forward to my next visit and walk out feeling so pampered and relaxed.

The lash spa is by far the best lash place on the gold coast. It really hits every sense, the smell is so beautiful from the lovely candles, the music instantly relaxes you, the tea and chocolate make your taste buds dance and you leave looking fabulous. The lashes always look natural, the staff are so professional. I always feel like I am at a 5 star day spa and the best part it is you pay the same price as everywhere else but without all the extras! I won't be going anywhere else X

I've seen Melissa 4 times, and have left 100% happy each time. The room is truly like a spa; you even get a chocolate and an iced tea on arrival. Melissa explains the process of removal and addition of lashes, her progress and gives advice on how to keep the lashes in good condition. And you get biscuits and a gift bag when you leave!

I had an early booking with Melissa and she’s so accommodating about it. Melissa is very professional about lashes and applied my set of full volume lash within an hour. The lashes feels so soft and light, unlike those heavy volume lashes that I had before. Also receive a bag full of complimentary gift as a take away. Thank you Melissa I’ll definitely come back again!
