Just got my lashes done for the first time at The Lash Spa. Amazing service, amazing staff, felt so welcome to be there. I had Nya do my lash extensions and she did a beautiful job i’m in love with them. You get your own goodie bag and offered a selection of drinks - never experienced anything like this before. 100% will be back again.
Girls are all lovely! Make you feel very welcomed and make sure you are looked after and have a good experience.

From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a VIP. Kasea was absolutely incredible - so welcoming, professional, and genuinely lovely. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and you can truly feel how much care this beautiful team puts into helping people feel confident and their best. I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful space and couldn’t be happier with my lashes. Highly recommend!!!
She was very professional, she helped me describe exactly what I wanted, I told her I wanted some nice dramatic yet classy and not too full hybrids for my birthday and she has made my lashes look full yet natural. She added a touch at the end of my lashes as well. She did an amazing job and made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing

I’ve never had a bad experience here it’s my favourite day of the month. Always so relaxing and comfortable, you walk out feeling refreshed and beautiful. Tiffany did a fantastic job today listening to exactly what I wanted.

Another amazing experience at The Lash Spa. Yumi is an incredibly talented lash artist, it’s not just the amazing lashes, it’s the whole experience.
Yumi’s customer service is perfect, folding back the blanket, the hot lavender towel, advising the steps and ensuring you are happy before you leave.

I haven’t rushed to do a review, I tried a few times just make sure it was consistent and Juliet sure is! My lashes are great, so comfortable and last really well. Juliet is an exceptional profesional annd the lash spa is the most beautiful place, just love going there. Thank you.

Was such a refreshing experience ! I honestly was shocked when I first arrived as this service is so luxurious. Tiffany my lash tech was also amazing and added to this great experience. Love this place and will be back.

The Lash Spa was a pleasant experience from the moment I walked through the door. A beautiful relaxing setting, lovely decor and smiling faces. Champagne, mocktail ,tea or coffee were offered. A lovely foot soak whilst I had a consultation. Then the very professional service I received from the lash technician , Nya,was exemplary. I’m very happy with the result and will definitely go back again and highly recommend to others.

Axane did an amazing job on my lashes. She is very talented! I have large eyes and most places I go to don’t realise this and make my lashes too large for my face. They seem to ignore my request for natural looking. However, Axane at the lash spa completely understood what I wanted. She did an incredible job. My eyelashes look phenomenal, beautiful and perfectly fit my face. Thanks love! I’ll be back soon that’s for sure. 🙂

Juliet was absolutely amazing. She was so talented and it was the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had. The Lash Spa in Varsity Lakes is like nothing else the Gold Coast has to offer, it truly is like something you would find on Fifth Avenue New York or Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. The lash spa is by far the best lash place on the gold coast. It really hits every sense, the smell is so beautiful from the lovely candles, the music instantly relaxes you, the tea and chocolate make your taste buds dance and you leave looking fabulous. The lashes always look natural, the staff are so professional. I always feel like I am at a 5 star day spa and the best part it is you pay the same price as everywhere else but without all the extras! I won't be going anywhere else X

Such a relaxing and professional atmosphere. Mel did such an amazing job on my lashes, She really took the time to find out what I wanted and gave me lots of great advice on how to keep my lashes looking great. Can’t recommend enough!
I had my lashes done just before Christmas and loved them. For a good 3 weeks + I had no need to do mascara or eye make up. My lashes were beautiful. Melissa’s spa space is stunning, relaxing and so peaceful. Thanks so much xx
I've seen Melissa 4 times, and have left 100% happy each time. The room is truly like a spa; you even get a chocolate and an iced tea on arrival. Melissa explains the process of removal and addition of lashes, her progress and gives advice on how to keep the lashes in good condition. And you get biscuits and a gift bag when you leave!
