I went to The Lash Spa today for the first time and I couldn’t rate it highly enough! When I walked in, the girls were so friendly and offered me a place to sit and have a drink.
During my treatment I had the most amazing hand massage and almost fell asleep. I smelt so good after I’d left I had people asking me what perfume I was wearing.
And the lashes are exactly how I like them and I am so happy!

This is the most amazing and tastefully decorated place I have been on the GC! Everything is impeccable from the moment you get inside. And the service is exceptional ! Amazing experience - the eyebrow artists was so lovely and did an amazing job. She really listened to what I wanted and the results were fabulous.

I had my infill done with Sian and I’m honestly so happy 🤍

I came in with very sparse lashes from a previous set, and she was so kind and honest about what could be done within the appointment time. She still did her absolute best and the result was amazing.

My lashes look fuller than my original full set, beautifully shaped, and finally how I wanted them. Her energy is so lovely and she made the whole experience feel really comfortable.

Wow!5star customer service and treatment.The moment I enter the salon wear so nice and staff are very kind and excellent.I was looking for eye lash extensions for weeks and finally found it so nice salon.

Up from SYD on holidays, after seeing the various lash providers on the GC, I decided to drive the 20mins to The Lash Spa, hoping it would live up to the glowing reviews and let me tell you, it absolutely did.
The delightful ladies on reception were very welcoming and took me to my 'reserved' seat, where a Forrero Rocher and my little gift pack were awaiting me. I was then presented with a lychee mocktail that would not be out of place in bar in NY. My fabulous lash tech Naaua ushered me in and got me comfortable. She gave me my mini facial, finishing it with under-eye collagen masks and then a beautiful collagen lip treatment.
Once that was complete, Naaua began the eyelash extensions. Half-way thru there was a knock on the door and a mystery angel came in and gave me a hand massage... did I mention all these are 'freebies' and were included in the cost of my eyelash extensions. It was the first time I have ever dozed off during extensions, but that's how totally relaxed I was. I was extremely happy with the natural look that I was going for achieved. To finish my Lash Spa experience off, I sat and soaked my feet. When I say I didnt want to leave, trust me, I didn't want to leave... the only downside is that we don't have a Lash Spa in SYD but I hope that might change... A VERY happy customer
Now I just have to get my brows done 😉

Sian did my brows exactly the way I asked. Im very happy with the end result. She made my experience at lash spa enjoyable and answered all my questions with detailed information. I recommend Lash Spa to anyone and when I walked in the door it smelt amazing. Very happy, I look forward to visiting again.

Definitely feels unlikely most lash places. You feel like your in a 6 star Hotel. Staff are amazing

A wonderful experience with Yumi today! It was my first time in a long time for lashes and brows and Yumi took the time to understand my needs. It was such a relaxing time I forgot to be anxious about having my eyes closed.

Jemma is an absolute gem! She is a talented eyelash professional who delivers amazing results every time. The Lush Spa itself has a warm atmosphere, friendly staff, and a clean, relaxing space. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for over 7 years and I still get excited every time I book in. As a mum with a toddler and a baby, this salon is a SANCTUARY.

From the petal-filled foot spa and iced tea (with a whimsical popping bubble) to the comfiest bed and blanket - no detail is overlooked.

I had a brow lamination + lash lift (and added on the divine hand massage). It is the perfect combo for busy mums - you wake up feeling put together no matter how many times you were up in the night. My brows and lashes always look incredible but it's everything else that I come back for!

This was a beautiful experience, exceptional service from everyone the moment you step through the door, and incredible lashes.
I got the lift and tint with Naaua. She did an incredible job and was so so lovely. Felt like we'd been friends forever.
And all the little touches before and during... welcome card and drink with a little chocolate, foot soak (greatly appreciated as I had been wearing new shoes and my feet were very sore 🤣), lip mask and hand massage during the lash lift. (Who doesn't love a hand massage? Aren't they the best thing ever??)
Anyway, I honestly can't sing the praises of this place high enough.
I was blown away.
The 5 stars on google from over 1,500 reviews isn't a joke. This place really is that amazing.
The interior design is stunning, and everyone I met there was a delight.

I had an amazing experience and couldn't be happier with my lashes! Melissa and her team are incredibly professional, welcoming and attentive from start to finish. Tiffany did an outstanding job - she listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered beautiful results.

The salon itself is a cut above the others, offering an atmosphere that is comfortable and relaxing, and I truly felt spesh throughout my visit - the complimentary collagen hydrating lip mask, 24k gold under eye collagen mask and hand massage were extra touches.

The lash spa is by far the best lash place on the gold coast. It really hits every sense, the smell is so beautiful from the lovely candles, the music instantly relaxes you, the tea and chocolate make your taste buds dance and you leave looking fabulous. The lashes always look natural, the staff are so professional. I always feel like I am at a 5 star day spa and the best part it is you pay the same price as everywhere else but without all the extras! I won't be going anywhere else X

I've seen Melissa 4 times, and have left 100% happy each time. The room is truly like a spa; you even get a chocolate and an iced tea on arrival. Melissa explains the process of removal and addition of lashes, her progress and gives advice on how to keep the lashes in good condition. And you get biscuits and a gift bag when you leave!

I had an early booking with Melissa and she’s so accommodating about it. Melissa is very professional about lashes and applied my set of full volume lash within an hour. The lashes feels so soft and light, unlike those heavy volume lashes that I had before. Also receive a bag full of complimentary gift as a take away.
