I’ve been coming here for over 7 years and I still get excited every time I book in. As a mum with a toddler and a baby, this salon is a SANCTUARY.
From the petal-filled foot spa and iced tea (with a whimsical popping bubble) to the comfiest bed and blanket - no detail is overlooked.
I had a brow lamination + lash lift (and added on the divine hand massage). It is the perfect combo for busy mums - you wake up feeling put together no matter how many times you were up in the night. My brows and lashes always look incredible but it's everything else that I come back for!

I got the lift and tint with Naaua. She did an incredible job and was so so lovely. Felt like we'd been friends forever.
And all the little touches before and during... welcome card and drink with a little chocolate, foot soak (greatly appreciated as I had been wearing new shoes and my feet were very sore 🤣), lip mask and hand massage during the lash lift. (Who doesn't love a hand massage? Aren't they the best thing ever??)
Anyway, I honestly can't sing the praises of this place high enough.

I had the most incredible experience with Axane! These are without a doubt the best lashes I’ve ever had, and the entire treatment was absolutely flawless. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so magical—it felt like stepping into a dream. The lash bar was beautifully designed, making me feel like a true princess!
Axane herself looked like a real-life doll and was so kind and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, offering me a complimentary foot soak, lash shampoo, and a drink of my choice. The experience was made even more amazing with a relaxing massage while my lashes were being done.

I had an amazing experience and couldn't be happier with my lashes! Melissa and her team are incredibly professional, welcoming and attentive from start to finish. Tiffany did an outstanding job - she listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered beautiful results.
The salon itself is a cut above the others, offering an atmosphere that is comfortable and relaxing, and I truly felt spesh throughout my visit - the complimentary collagen hydrating lip mask, 24k gold under eye collagen mask and hand massage were extra touches.

I booked a self-care session with The Lash Spa for my birthday today, specifically the Brow Sculpt and the Lash Lift & Tint. I have never experienced such great hospitality, and I could not be happier. From an on arrival foot soak, champagne, and chocolates to a hand massage, collagen eye and lip masks (all complimentary!!!!).

I got my brows done at the Lash Spa for the first time today. From the moment I walked in the door I felt well taken care of and pampered. I had a great experience with Chani, who listened to my concerns of tints not sticking to my brows in previous experiences. She offered a great suggestion to try a hybrid tint and did an incredible job shaping and giving my brows definition. Thank you Chani!!

Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in to the minute I left, I was blown away by the welcoming and happy atmosphere. The warm smiles and attention to detail truly showed how much Reach Lash Spa cares about their clients.
I was a little unsure about getting a set I had never had before, but my lash technician, Sian, was so patient and attentive. She took the time to listen, reassure me, and make sure I felt comfortable the whole time, which made such a big difference.

Just got my lashes done for the first time at The Lash Spa. Amazing service, amazing staff, felt so welcome to be there. I had Nya do my lash extensions and she did a beautiful job i’m in love with them. You get your own goodie bag and offered a selection of drinks - never experienced anything like this before. 100% will be back again.

She was very professional, she helped me describe exactly what I wanted, I told her I wanted some nice dramatic yet classy and not too full hybrids for my birthday and she has made my lashes look full yet natural. The lash spa is by far the best lash place on the gold coast. It really hits every sense, the smell is so beautiful from the lovely candles, the music instantly relaxes you, the tea and chocolate make your taste buds dance and you leave looking fabulous. The lashes always look natural, the staff are so professional. I always feel like I am at a 5 star day spa and the best part it is you pay the same price as everywhere else but without all the extras! I won't be going anywhere else X

Such a relaxing and professional atmosphere. Mel did such an amazing job on my lashes, She really took the time to find out what I wanted and gave me lots of great advice on how to keep my lashes looking great. Can’t recommend enough!
I had my lashes done just before Christmas and loved them. For a good 3 weeks + I had no need to do mascara or eye make up. My lashes were beautiful. Melissa’s spa space is stunning, relaxing and so peaceful. Thanks so much xx
I've seen Melissa 4 times, and have left 100% happy each time. The room is truly like a spa; you even get a chocolate and an iced tea on arrival. Melissa explains the process of removal and addition of lashes, her progress and gives advice on how to keep the lashes in good condition. And you get biscuits and a gift bag when you leave!

I had an early booking with Melissa and she’s so accommodating about it. Melissa is very professional about lashes and applied my set of full volume lash within an hour. The lashes feels so soft and light, unlike those heavy volume lashes that I had before. Also receive a bag full of complimentary gift as a take away. Thank you Melissa I’ll definitely come back again!
