Sian has been doing my eye lash extensions for a long time now. I’m extremely happy with her work. Very professional, work always on time so you don’t need to wait to go in for your turn. My sessions have always been very relaxing and I always fall asleep right at the start of a session. She works so gently on your lashes that you can’t even feel it. I have never had an issue with eye infections and the salon is super clean. It is an understatement if I say that my lashes lasts!! That is the main point I’m getting it don here. No allergies reaction to any of the products that’s being used…as I’m unfortunately one of those that has reactions to many products. I can immediately swim after. No long waiting period after a refill before you can get your lashes safely wet. I have had my lash extensions done with many of the girls at the salon and they are all excellent but Saun is definitely my favourite. Saun is a very friendly, bubbly person, soft spoken and cultured. It’s a real treat visiting her for my treatments. Thank you Saun.

This was our first mother, daughter, pamper package and it couldn’t have been more wonderful. Mayumi did a fantastic job with my eyelash lift, while my nine-year-old was thoroughly pampered for a lovely young lady who chatted away with her like they were good friends, catching up for coffee. I highly recommend a mother daughter pamper session as a special treat for you both. The salon is beautifully presented with a mini buffet of sweet treats and we received on arrival, a magical (non alcoholic) lychee champagne with a mist bubble on top that you pop before drinking! Loved every bit of it!!

I thought it was going to be a in out lash session but I was welcomed with a foot bath as I was early for my appointment and a delicious lychee ice tea. Then into my lash treatment with eye mask and lip 👄 mask and hand massage
My gorgeous lash lady Moy was amazing. She listens to what I wanted exactly and I fell asleep under her lash spell.

She was very professional, she helped me describe exactly what I wanted, I told her I wanted some nice dramatic yet classy and not too full hybrids for my birthday and she has made my lashes look full yet natural. She added a touch at the end of my lashes as well. She did an amazing job and made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing

Oh my goodness!!!......going to the Lash Bar is pure indulgence.
From the moment you walk in you feel relaxed. You are greeted and made to feel so comfortable, followed by a luxurious foot soak complete with a personalised goodie bag and lychee iced tea like no other and can you believe the pampering is just getting started. After the foot soak you are taken to your room, the lovely technician talks you through your options to create the exact look you are wanting to achieve. You are then invited to lay down, covered in warming blankets, given warm facial press and hydrating lip treatment....the rest is blurry as I was so relaxed I fell asleep.
Ladies, even if you are only considering lashes, I would go again just for the ultimate lux experience. Thank you ladies at the Lash Spa xxx

Visited the Salon yesterday for Lash Extensions and a Brow Sculpt and was blown away as soon as I entered, the environment is so tranquil & calming and oh so relaxing! The ladies at the front of house were welcoming and so helpful from the moment I entered. Kasea did such an amazing job, she was quick and efficient and so gentle when applying the extensions, and when tinting and waxing my brows ♥️ Very happy with the results and I can't wait to go back!

I came to do an eyelash extension filler that I had from another institute and as a new customer I was able to benefit from their offer: foot spa, hand massage, mocktail and lip and eye mask. This is really the best show I've done, I really recommend it to everyone, the extraordinary staff, the decoration, the atmosphere everything is perfect.
I had a great time from start to finish, it was the first time and I would come back!
Sian is very sweet and fast, a real moment of pleasure and relaxation.

The Lash Spa is so relaxing and the little treats before the appointment were a lovely touch. The receptionist was also fantastic, so kind and provided great service. This was my first time to the Lash Spa and won’t be my last 😊 the lovely ladies on the front desk were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. They offered me a selection of refreshments as I was sitting back enjoying a foot bath. Kasea was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed that I fell asleep and had a little snore 😂 It’s a beautiful space, with a great feel about it and I left there on cloud nine feeling like a million bucks. The lash spa is by far the best lash place on the gold coast. It really hits every sense, the smell is so beautiful from the lovely candles, the music instantly relaxes you, the tea and chocolate make your taste buds dance and you leave looking fabulous. The lashes always look natural, the staff are so professional. I always feel like I am at a 5 star day spa and the best part it is you pay the same price as everywhere else but without all the extras! I won't be going anywhere else X

I've seen Melissa 4 times, and have left 100% happy each time. The room is truly like a spa; you even get a chocolate and an iced tea on arrival. Melissa explains the process of removal and addition of lashes, her progress and gives advice on how to keep the lashes in good condition. And you get biscuits and a gift bag when you leave!

I had an early booking with Melissa and she’s so accommodating about it. Melissa is very professional about lashes and applied my set of full volume lash within an hour. The lashes feels so soft and light, unlike those heavy volume lashes that I had before. Also receive a bag full of complimentary gift as a take away. Thank you Melissa I’ll definitely come back again!
