The Lash Spa was a pleasant experience from the moment I walked through the door. A beautiful relaxing setting, lovely decor and smiling faces. Champagne, mocktail ,tea or coffee were offered. A lovely foot soak whilst I had a consultation. Then the very professional service I received from the lash technician , Nya,was exemplary. I’m very happy with the result and will definitely go back again and highly recommend to others.

Axane did an amazing job on my lashes. She is very talented! I have large eyes and most places I go to don’t realise this and make my lashes too large for my face. They seem to ignore my request for natural looking. However, Axane at the lash spa completely understood what I wanted. She did an incredible job. My eyelashes look phenomenal, beautiful and perfectly fit my face. Thanks love! I’ll be back soon that’s for sure. 🙂

Juliet was absolutely amazing. She was so talented and it was the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had. The Lash Spa in Varsity Lakes is like nothing else the Gold Coast has to offer, it truly is like something you would find on Fifth Avenue New York or Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. I have been searching for my go to brow and lash artist with little success until now. Absolutely wonderful experience at the Lash Spa today. Had a great wonderful experience at The Lash Bar. Felt great to be taken care of so well. The little touches such as the goodie bag, ease of check in, welcome drink and warm beauty bed made the experience as well as the beautiful decor. I just had my lashes done at The Lash Spa for the first time and I am BLOWN AWAY. When I arrived I was given a delicious lychee mocktail, a ferrero choc and a foot bath followed by a selection of complimentary cookies and tea. The waiting room is also stunning! Then the lovely lash artist Axane did my lashes and I was seriously impressed by how talented she is. I was a little bit nervous getting the extensions put on but she was so professional and was gentle, making the experience very pleasant. I could tell that she had a good attention to detail because my lashes are literally impeccable. They look so full, natural, and even. I couldn’t be more impressed. While I was getting my treatment I also got a hand massage which felt SO RELAXING, I felt like I was at a 5 star spa. If you are on the Gold Coast looking for the ultimate papered lash experience and extremely talented artists, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you get your lashes done here!

My eyelash extensions was very nice and was very comfortable Ms Axane was my technician and she was very lovely, friendly and professional with full confidence and introducing me the best suitable style for my eyes. Kasea did an incredible job with my lashes - I wasn’t entirely sure whether I wanted hybrids or the dreamy volume set and she listened and made sure I was happy and comfortable during our consult and then gave me a stunning set that looks gorgeous! I couldn’t be happier, they are exactly what I wanted. I also saw Mayumi afterwards for a brow wax and tint and she was absolutely lovely and did a beautiful job with my brows! I went in to The Lash Spa feeling a bit unsure about what I wanted done with my lashes and left the salon feeling so pampered and beautiful <3 Thank you Kasea and Mayumi!!

The lash spa is by far the best lash place on the gold coast. It really hits every sense, the smell is so beautiful from the lovely candles, the music instantly relaxes you, the tea and chocolate make your taste buds dance and you leave looking fabulous. The lashes always look natural, the staff are so professional. I always feel like I am at a 5 star day spa and the best part it is you pay the same price as everywhere else but without all the extras! I won't be going anywhere else X

I had my lashes done just before Christmas and loved them. For a good 3 weeks + I had no need to do mascara or eye make up. My lashes were beautiful. Melissa’s spa space is stunning, relaxing and so peaceful. Thanks so much xx
I've seen Melissa 4 times, and have left 100% happy each time. The room is truly like a spa; you even get a chocolate and an iced tea on arrival.
