I was fortunate enough to have Sia do my first brow wax and tint last week at the lash spa. Not only was she very professional, but she did an AWESOME job. The tint was just the right colour!

I loved the level of service I received from Jemma. She was welcoming, friendly, and offered good recommendations when choosing my lashes. I absolutely love them! I would recommend Jemma to my friends and anyone else looking for a new technician.
I also enjoy the overall experience i receive when visiting the lash spa. From the friendly greeting as soon as i walk in, to the delicious welcome drinks and sweet treats on arrival, and i cant miss the complimentary facial & heated blanket. Overall experience is a 10/10.

Mayumi was amazing. The whole spa experience was unlike any I’ve ever had. Very fancy and lots of attention to detail. My eyelash extensions are beautiful.

Second time I’ve booked Sian for a lash lift and tint. My eyes are quite sensitive and water easily, she’s so gentle and my lashes always look incredible!

Diana was amazing. My experience from walking in the door was faultless. I mentioned it was chilly and I was immediately bought a fluffy blanket. I have had my lashes done numerous times over the past few years and have always found fault, until now. I have a classic set done and they look so natural. In fact my daughter had to look twice. Usually there’s one or two that stick a little but not today. They feel and look amazing. I loved the fact that instead of immediately taping down my bottom lashes, a collagen under eye mask was applied prior. I also loved the moisturising lip mask. I tend to spill verbal 💩 just to fill the silence but with the lip mask I was able to relax and not feel like I had to talk. Another important factor for me was the cost. For everything I received during my treatment it was well worth every cent. To sum up The Lash Spa I would say, inviting, caring, respectful and professional. 10/10 from me!

First time coming here today after not having my lashes done in a few years. The team were incredibly welcoming and took care of me very well. The experience is beautiful and very good for a self care day which Is why I initially came here. Nya did my lashes and they look so natural and beautiful, exactly what I was after, I am so happy with how they look. They also made me feel comfortable during the whole treatment as I am diabetic and were very accommodating and kind. This will be my lash spot now! 😍

The lash spa is by far the best lash place on the gold coast. It really hits every sense, the smell is so beautiful from the lovely candles, the music instantly relaxes you, the tea and chocolate make your taste buds dance and you leave looking fabulous. The lashes always look natural, the staff are so professional. I always feel like I am at a 5 star day spa and the best part it is you pay the same price as everywhere else but without all the extras! I won't be going anywhere else X

I've seen Melissa 4 times, and have left 100% happy each time. The room is truly like a spa; you even get a chocolate and an iced tea on arrival. Melissa explains the process of removal and addition of lashes, her progress and gives advice on how to keep the lashes in good condition. And you get biscuits and a gift bag when you leave!

I had an early booking with Melissa and she’s so accommodating about it. Melissa is very professional about lashes and applied my set of full volume lash within an hour. The lashes feels so soft and light, unlike those heavy volume lashes that I had before. Also receive a bag full of complimentary gift as a take away. Thank you Melissa I’ll definitely come back again!
