So you know you’re not supposed to get your eyelash extensions wet for 24 hours after they’re applied, but what if you really need to have a shower and you know you’re not going to get a single drop of moisture on them… is it ok then?
Absolutely! Just be cautious with the heat of the shower as steam = lash loss.
As long as you have a lukewarm shower and avoid getting water on your face, then you don’t need to avoid having a shower for 24 hours. Furthermore, take note to avoid rubbing the lashes in the shower and gently comb them with the spoolie afterwards, to reposition them into place. If you’re paranoid about getting the lashes exposed to water/steam then you could possibly wear goggles in the shower (if you desperately need to wash your hair etc). However, just ensure that the goggles are suction proof and aren’t pressing against the extensions in any way.
