Mini Me Experience Policy
Our Mini Me Experience is designed to be a fun, relaxing and age-appropriate introduction to a little bit of pampering.
Every child is different, so the experience may be adjusted depending on their individual preferences, comfort level and willingness to participate. Our team will always listen to the child and will never pressure them to have a treatment, product or part of the experience they do not want.
For example, a child may decide they do not want a particular facial product applied, prefer to skip part of the facial, or decline a hair braid, or change their mind about an element of the experience on the day.
While we are always happy to adapt the experience to make sure your child feels comfortable, the Mini Me Experience is booked and priced as a complete experience. If your child chooses to decline or skip any part of the experience, the booking price cannot be reduced, discounted or amended.
The exact order, products and elements of the experience may also vary slightly depending on the child’s age, preferences, sensitivities and what our team believes will provide the safest and most enjoyable experience.
By booking, parents and guardians acknowledge that participation in each individual element is optional for the child, while the full Mini Me Experience booking price still applies.
