Back in April 2023 we created a loyalty stamp-card to help clients to try out other services we offer in salon. It was very successful and served its purpose well, however as of February 1st 2024 we’re giving 4 weeks notice that the stamp-card will be ending and offers on the card won’t be available in future appointments after February 29th 2024.
Ending the stamp card was decided because we’ve implemented double treat-points when clients rebook their next appointment in salon which began in December 2023 – meaning every 10th appointment will be free (due to the accumulation of points). Because of this ability to claim free appointments so regularly we can’t offer both promotions at the same time.
We’d love to keep both loyalty systems, however clients have expressed that they would prefer the treat-point system since they have more ability to choose which services they use the points on.
